Switched to AT&T DSL for the $10/month merger special (through end of 2009)
Beats $45/month for cable that disconnects every time the wind blows. Slower, of course.

I had Comcast for years. I finally switched to AT&T DSL Elite last summer and couldn't be happier. The download speed is a little slower (as if I needed 12Mbit downloads all the time
 ). But it's less expensive and my upload speed is actually faster than Comcast. And I don't have to deal with all the Comcast B.S.
