The humanity!

The real shame is the defendant not being able to take a case to court because of lack of money. Just a WAG, but unless there were some kind of logo that imitated that of Monster Cable, it's seems *extremely* unlikely that Monster Cable would lose a sale to Monster Golf because of confusion over the names.

At least that's how it seems to me.

just parasites from our de-regulated capitalistic economy.

Mark Twain had it right all along.

Now maybe we will be able to add corporate reform to prevent such companies from being located in 'Bermuda' to avoid taxes while they use the American infrastructure.
