Dips http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Tric...riDip.html. The more forward lean you have the more it'll also hit chest. You can also reverse position and do them. It'd probably help to start by sitting at the edge of the pool, then lowering yourself in and back out. Those are like bench dips.

I would add weights to my dips, but it's been a few years since that has been possible. The gym where I work out has a machine that simulates this pretty well, but it is primarily intended to assist you on the upward motion.

Yes, bar dip. With the lean Pam mentions, it can add some good definition to the chest.
