I have had hot pepper jelly on nice crackers with cream cheese. Was VERY tasty. The cool fatty cream cheese was a great counter to the hot sweet jelly.
Busy day in the kitchen!

That is awesome that you are making such interesting things. Where'd you get the recipes? Or did you come up with them on your own? The brittle sounds really good!
