Panasonic site down... Upgrade on Black Friday. WTF?

Yeah.. I'm picturing the guy in the Server Room at Panasonic's Web Center on the phone, a big rack of servers with fans HOWLING.. .and him yelling into the Red Phone;

"The core has gone critical, Captain... we have to eject the warp core or it's going to breach!! I need damage control teams to emergency stations with portable air conditioners!"
