I blame Marketing people. They should all be locked up someplace where they can't infect us with their meaningless jargon.

I shared it also. I see this type of "speak" invading the Healthcare industry on the business side of things. I think that the MBAs are just jealous of our "secret doctor language" and are trying to get back at us.

When I was doing my residency in Cincinnati, we used to say that this type of language was very P&G, since the only people we knew who spoke that way worked for Proctor & Gamble.
