which 1Password?

I think You could each have your own 1password file, your own master password...........One thing that's nice is, in the revealed password, digits are in color so you don't confuse them with letters. Also, you have recipe choices for the random password generator.

Sam,

Buy the Mac family pack and let each person who has an iOS device buy his/her own version. Or, if the devices share an iTunes account, buy it and use it on each device affiliated with that account. Each computer can have its own vault. Or, computers can share a vault via Dropbox/iCloud/etc.

I bought my copies of 1Password directly from Agilebits. iCloud syncing is a non-issue to me. I barely use iCloud for much of anything. Dropbox, on the other hand, is a critical app. So, buying the app directly from Agilebits worked for me.

That and I disagree with Matt that using non-1Password generated passwords defeats most of the purpose of the app. That is wrong. The app has so many other useful features that it's worth using even if you prefer to make your own passwords.

I wouldn't buy the Mac-Windows mix pack since you don't own the Windows machine. Stick to the Mac and iOS versions. Use your iOS device to pull up passwords at work and manually enter them into the web site, program/etc as necessary.

If I remember correctly, Agilebits doesn't offer a 1Password Mac-iOS bundle.

There is also a 1PasswordAnywhere option if you are using DropBox to sync your data.

This could eliminate the need for a Windows license for your work computer.

1password is worth it just for the secure notes feature, in my opinion.
