UM, I'm pretty sure the 14 victims in this court case were all Americans.
12 victims in Indiana and 2 in new york.

I was going off Cbelts comment about the sex tourism charge... I only skimmed the article. If he wasn't actually convicted (among his charges) of crimes outside the U.S., then "never mind"...

Whenever this story broke a year or so ago or whenever it was there were tales of overseas adventures. There's also videoed stuff ( I have no idea if it was for sale or personal use) that he and /or his partner in crime were sharing. Some of the overseas 'adventure ' may have been on that. But that under age crap ( video and I'm guessing pictures? ) is supposed to be illegal to possess here too, which were also some of the charges beyond the 14 victims.I don't think it matters where the films are shot.


Edit: What's sad ( for me anyway) is this is just 14 kids out of thousands. One (or two-he had a buddy into the same crap) perp out of hundreds more.

Apologizing to the victims would mean acknowledging they were anything but a commodity.

Supposedly he did apologize to all his victim. Big long speech that the judge interrupted at least once. Supposedly the judge cut him off when he was apologizing to his wife and interjected that she got 7 million dollars, was a big girl and would be fine. I haven't seen a transcript of any speeches made in the court room so can't validate anything, especially hyperbole based on no facts. .
