He's banned from running again - he's toast.
Only because of an age limitation in the state election requirements for the post. Let's see if his supporters work to have that changed before saying he's toast.

Also, the first time he was removed, the court unanimously voted to remove him. Apparently this time the unanimous decision was that he be suspended, but they could not get to an unanimous decision to remove.
