My grass is getting quite brown

We reseeded our lawn this past week. grass is sprouting this week. Winter grass, Bermuda grass is going dormant.

Grass will likely be outlawed around here before too long... I mean the stuff that's on your lawn. The other kind becomes fully legal in January.
