Office Depot issued credit for misrepresented iPod speakers-YEA!

I sent my refund request this morning using the online form that rgG recommended.

A little over 2 hours later I got a reply saying that they would credit me, and I should "Please feel free to keep the item, discard, or donate it."

Since I had ordered 5 of them I thought that there was a chance that they would actually want them returned, but even losing $33 on me seemed more attractive to them than getting back 5 boxes of crap.

I can't find an online form in my order confirmation. It was sent as plain text and only includes one link which is a tracking link.

Here's what I did, I used the link provided at the end of the order confirmation email.

Entered my order number and phone number to get my order info.

At the bottom of that order status page, there are several columns of links, the second column is labeled "Customer Service", and the first link in that column is "Contact Us" which will take you to the form that rgG described.
