Class Dis - missed
#1
OK - so there's a deal for a $700 Billion Bailout.
It seems as though my status has changed from "Taxpayer" to "Investor".

As such, can the new "class" of Investors file a class action lawsuit to burrow down to the root cause of my bad investment - the PEOPLE who actually caused it, and make them financially and legally responsible for their actions or inactions??

I ask because the classic protection from legal action/responsibility has traditionally been you cannot sue the Government. But since the Government is now a Business, that protection would seem to be moot.

Just asking.

We use Kotex pads soaked in coal oil in the movies. Will that do?
If we use 'em, at least some cash will flow back into the economy!
