Those thingy called PDAs?

I much prefer a stylus to those tiny keyboards or worse, a numberpad. My brother gave my 9 YO son a Palm E. After seeing that, I'm tempted to go back to Palm.

I have a Palm Centro as a secondary phone. It's an excellent PDA however that uses the Palm OS platform. Has a stylus and everything. It doesn't have wifi however, which would make it a real modern standalone PDA imo.

Me too!

I had a Treo 755P after using my Clié for several years and just recently went for a Centro rather than going to a Pre. The required data plan for using a Pre would have cost us over $50 more than we currently pay, plus the WebOS seemed less appealing than the Palm OS that I've been familiar with for years.

My S/O opted for the Palm Centro as well because she found the iPhone's screen keyboard uncomfortable. She enjoys the Centro; that thing freezes more than my Windows box!

I'm glad I haven't had the freezes yet. I've had it for over a year now. I also have a Palm Pre and while the new Web OS is extremely nice, it's interesting how well vetted the old Palm OS is. There are things that Palm's new OS can't do that the old one did easily. But then the new one is only a few months old.
