He's already been released from hospital; apparently not as serious as initially made out by the media.

Unlikely...when involved in accidents with large masses (civil strutures or larger vehicles) or single vehicle accidents, 'large and extravagantly expensive vehicles' fare worse.

In high school, I hydroplaned around a corner into a fire hydrant. I was driving my 1988 Chevy Impala. I knocked the fire hydrant off it's base (yes, water sprayed out but to the side, not up into my car), put a nice sized dent in my front bumper, and took out the grill above the bumper. Other than the cosmetic issues, my car was fine. This was obviously before airbags.

What do you think? is his drive a par 4 or par 5?

Don't scare me like that...there's so little to enjoy in life as it is...the war in Iraq, Afganistan, the terrorist issues, unrest in Pakistan and India, Indoensia, the domestic terrorists, and etc, and etc.
Tiger is just about the only amazingly great thing to watch on TV. If he got injured and the rest of the PGA field had to 'step into his shoes', there'd be nothing left to watch... http://www.pgatour.com/2009/r/11/27/woods.ap/index.html It seems like he's okay...but it does beg the question as to what in the world he was doing leaving the house at 2am. His wife broke the back window of his SUV with a golf club to get him out. I wonder where she got a golf club? ;-) |
