Hence, it's the cross-contamination.
And improperly cooked pork will give you trichinosis. And butcher often cut beef and pork with the same blades. I read it on the Innernets.

I ask for sparkling. Might squeeze lemon/lime that comes on the rime of the glass into it, but never put the slice in.
