interesting that they went with laptop hardware in a tablet, you'd think they would want something lower-power. Although if they want it to run standard desktop apps, that may have been their best choice.

Better chart. Sorry about the quality. Couldn't figure out how to post the spreadsheet.



The 11 inch Air (128GB usable) is roughly the same cost at the 89 GB usable Surface with a keyboard. Weight would be pretty close and the Air has better battery life.

Not necessarily, but when comparing products it gives a good representation of how bulky they are. The Surface Pro without a keyboard takes up more space than an 11 inch MacBook Air which has a true keyboard, much more storage capacity, etc while only waying a little more (or close to the Surface with a keyboard).
