Not a big metal fan, but I'd have to agree with you. I remember seeing a documentary where they said Rob Halford was personally responsible for the whole "leather and studded collar" look so popular with metal bands. Little did they all realize that the look came from the London gay scene.

And yeah, it's unbelievable that Tina Turner is not already in the HOF.
