Is there really a publisher stupid enough to pay Palin $7 million for a book?

What have you seen Ms. Palin do or say that would lead you to believe she can write a comprehensible book?

I've seen that she is a very successful and well liked Governor so I think she has the intelligence. She majored in journalism so I think she has the language skills.

She bounced through six or seven no entrance requirement schools to get that piece of paper. While that may get her credit for perseverance, it says nothing to her competence or ability. If I recall correctly Mr. Bush the incompetent also had one or two degrees from highly recognized institutions.

She has neither but I'll be looking forward to her book and hope it keeps her in the limelight.
