Judge Souter, Supreme Court, has accepted, on appeal, the case filed in NJ and dismissed by that lower court. This tells me that at least one of the 'Supremes' recognizes there is standing for the case and the potential for a Constitutional crisis.

Ummmm... no.

The petition was denied on November 6th and was re-filed as an emergency petition.

None of the SCOTUS has "accepted on appeal" any case questioning the authenticity of the birth certificate.
