If you don't hear back from the Dr. within the next hour or so, I'd take her to an immediate care clinic if there is one nearby. They might escalate her to an ER, but at least she'll be seen right away.
I agree with JoeH that it could be a mini stroke, but it could also be an anurysm or a mass pressing on a portion of her brain.
Unfortunately, my experience is with the last option I mentioned.
