Love' em. I keep a portable cooler and a couple of their canvasy bags in the car. I shop on my way home. Food costs about 1/2 the price of the big name grocery chains. The food is their own brand names, but it's wholesome and decent. Their veggies are usually pretty good. Meat is usually so-so priced, tho. Not everything is a deal.
A few hints-
keep a quarter in your car for the shopping cart.
When you pull into the lot, offer to 'buy' the shopping cart from the little old lady who just finished loading her car. They love that.
I load up the cart, check out, then take the cart to the car where I offload everything into the bags I have in the car. I only use the 'packing bench' in the store when the weather is bad.
