I highly recommend Alize' at the top of The Palms. My wife and I went there for our 10th anniversary dinner and it was fantastic. You can make reservations by phone or via OpenTable.com.

Alizé Review:
The glittery Alizé (the French word for trade wind) belongs to Chef André Rochat. In addition to one of the best views west of the Mississippi -- the restaurant is on the 56th floor of the Palms' tower -- it boasts a superb wine list, a loyal following and the creative South African Jacques Van Staden in the kitchen. Among several new interesting dishes are pan-seared foie gras with crispy duck confit and pink grapefruit, Colorado lamb with morels, English peas and goat-cheese ravioli.
