Migration Assistant fails to pull over settings

Ended erasing the Mini's hard drive, reinstalling OS X, and then once again attempted the transfer of files at the beginning of the Mini's/OS X intro screen.

Took three hours and change, but it brought over all my apps, serial numbers, and preferences!

Thanks to all who offered suggestions.

Now comes the fun part, plugging in the monitors, printers, external drives and gaining a lot of room on the desk.
