Interesting conversation on NPR - choose ONE superpower: invisiblility or flight

Yeah, I've been thinking about something similar to this for years now. What happens if you were permanently invisible but your clothes were not? How would you exist as a naked, invisible person constantly on the run from the authorities?
Really, how would you 'blend' in ? Smile
And mosquitos will still find you, visible or not. The lack of a place to comfortably carry my keys and wallet is my biggest complaint with nudity, so that's a big strike against permanent invisibility. When you factor in that closing your eyes would have no effect (invisible/perfectly clear eyelids), I could definitely live without permanent invisibility.

Now if it were illusory invisibility, in that no-one could see you but you'd still be visible to yourself, sort of like the perfect camouflage for any environment, then that might be okay.

As for the flying thing, how fast and how far are we talking? I mean, is this just the ability to do a quick buzz around the neighborhood a few feet off the ground until you get tired, or are we talking transcontinental range and/or at least turboprop aircraft speed?
