Does she have pierced ears? If yes, it's worth finding out if she has any metal sensitivities that limit which metals she can wear.
If she does not have pierced ears, a necklace would be better, as the earrings would need to be converted. Plus non-pierced earrings are easy to lose.
I'd rate the silver helices highest (least risky). They are simple, elegant and can be worn in many contexts.
I also like the amber earrings a lot, but they are less neutral. If she likes amber, they would be a big hit, but if it's not part of her color palette, she might never wear them.
I don't like the color-enameled ones so much. It's hard to tell without seeing them in person. They might be funky, or just tacky.
