Not to brag, but my 1.75 year old looks up at the ceiling when he hears airplanes flying over our home and says "Arpee!!" which is code for "Airplane!!!!". He can often pick them out of the sky when we're walking or hiking before the rest of us. So either my boy is a genius too, or little humans are able to learn much more than we typically give them credit for and some of us make better use of the ability than others.
