What I'll point out is that, from what I've seen, a majority of stories of 'xxx has been screwed by yyyy big company' appear to have been planted by xxx 's attorney. As a result, they are written from a single perspective.

I'm not arguing that denying this person's claim is 'right' from a human / ethical standard. It's not. But it's probably legal.
