Paver stone cement. An inch or two too large, possible to chip a bit off?

My local paver company has this splitter right outside of their yard office so customers can freely split their purchases as needed. Not exactly kosher to take advantage of something like this if you are not a customer, but, in a pinch, for one small cut, you want ot check if your local suppliers have such a service--and then patronize them in the future.
