Then who was shouting Hu-ah, Swamp Thing? The kids? Wives? Hired extras? It was pretty noisy at the end of the President's remarks.

You should know this as a former military wife--when your commander is speaking, you stand respectfully, at ease, and listen until dismissed. That also goes for the Commander in Chief.
