No, I use my Fire primarily to read, play music, some video, light browsing, occasional apps - I have no need for a camera on a tablet.

Wi-Fi vs cellular?

I always have Wi-Fi available (via my cellphone if nothing else).

Happy to stay on the cheap side of the tablet world (wouldn't surprise me to see refurb Fire at $99 for the holidays).
