Absolutely. (haha, get it?)

Share price is meaningless by itself. You need to look at the market cap (which is the number of outstanding shares * share price) and the P/E ratio to get an idea of the current "value" of a stock/company.

I was hoping that AAPL would do a split after Cook took over. I guess it's not going to happen. A 10-1 split would put it back in the "standard trading range" (which is something I just made up).
