Thanks for your post DP, yes I should have mentioned, an "LPA" s an acronym for
Low Pressure Area.
This current LPA will continue to bring heavy rain and winds for some regions of the Philippines.
As of now the header has been changed at Typhoon 2000 <> http://www.typhoon2000.ph/
"Tropical Cyclone Formation over the Western Pacific Ocean, South China Sea & the Philippine Sea is not expected through Wednesday, January 15, 2014."
In a hopeful and Ideal world the weather will improve and people will be better prepared
and leave areas of high risk if they can. Sad to say some Filipinos are so poor they can't
even afford a ride out of their villages and provinces.
