Yes, they are Thunderbolt 1, which could be why they keep discounting them (they were originally $300, and the normal price only changed to $200 in the last few months).
But Sonnet is the only one that I know of that has announced a TB2 dock and it won't be out until Summer and is starting at $400. http://www.sonnettech.com/product/echo15...tdock.html
