Neither Android nor Chrome OS resemble iOS 7. I don't understand your reference. In fact, I would put forth the argument that Android since Ice Cream Sandwich, certainly Jelly Bean, has surpassed the design of iOS. I found iOS's design prior to 7 to be increasingly clunky. Unfortunately, iOS 7 is now clunky in a wholly different way.
