Starting out doesn't need to be a big step, just take that step.

Got back to my weight before last week's unfortunate trip to the all-you-can-eat chocolate factory tour. Tis an evil place.
Last week: 2 upper body workouts, a few miles biking, a few miles walking.
Next week: 2 upper body workouts, 1 elliptical session,1 stationary bike session.
