Dunno- hospitals might be "the man." After all they were charged with keeping their patients' private info secure and they seem to have failed miserably.
I'd imaging there are going to be some negligence suites filed and some people being fired. These types of virus' shouldn't spread like that in an environment that has to deal with HIPPA data.
