What's a nostalgic purchase you have made for the heck of it?

I found my high school boombox on eBay. Sony CFS-DW60 Mega Bass Boombox. Lots of fond memories of listening to it on the back porch playing ping pong with friends (I also bought a ping pong table). The tape bays don't work properly but I don't have any tapes to play anyway. I keep it in the garage attached to an airport express for music. The sound is better than I expected as long as I keep the volume reasonable.
