I just chatted with customer service this morning. Person seemed pretty clueless.
Q: "So when my $29.99/mo. annual plan ends how much will the new price be? Are there any offers with special pricing to retain customers?"
A: "There are currently no offers from Adobe. The new price will be what you see online."
VERY STRANGE response.
We have two licenses here in the office. We are definitely canceling one of them no matter what. So I can play hardball with that one as a test to see how far they go.
