A little while ago, the Nanokey2 took down my system until I remembered there were drivers to install.

Thanks, rich in distress. My upgraded a MacPro to the latest 10.12.4 Beta that came out yesterday.
The device that is stuttering is called Plantronics .Audio 655 DSP. Nothing got installed with it, it was classic plug-and-play.
In my System Information app, here's what is appearing. If there's a way to install/reinstall any of this, I'm happy to try that.
