Actually, glad I can't say "I feel your pain". Still ignoring the iOS 11 update notices on my iPhone SE. 10.3.3 in all its stable glory, thank you.
You don't by chance have a backup you can return to? Apple makes it so easy (read: insistent) to do iOS updates (and same now on Macs) I think we are all getting out of the habit of doing a backup first.
Only other thing I can think of is a hard reset - assuming not an iPhone X, hold the home and power keys down at the same time until the iPhone restarts.
