Which parts would it repeal? Does it repeal the parts that have led to successful reinsurance programs, or to the parts that allow sub-standard policies?

And why must it be an "either/or" choice with border security? Because the Republicans have no plan to replace the ACA, so they couldn't talk about that.
I love the "disaster" part. Ten years into ACA, and we still have THE BEST ECONOMY IN HISTORY, people are saying.
