Amy, Warren, and Harris are all in the same category. Then there is Georgia's Stacy Abrams.

Not even close. Warren's grasp of policy, work ethic and personal ethos put her heads above any other woman currently in the mix.
Yeah, I think it's very likely that Biden will pick a woman as VP candidate if he becomes the nominee.

I think Harris needs more seasoning but I think she may be the right person at the right time sometime in the future. Abrams is somewhat of an enigma to me in terms of speculating about her political future. I wish she had become governor so I could get a better notion of her political skills.

I think Klobuchar and Warren are the two most likely choices. My gut tells me that he will pick Klobuchar because he will feel more comfortable working with her and she probably polls a little bit better. I agree that Warren would probably be the most effective president if she were to become president, but I think Klobuchar would also be a quite effective president. Like Obama, though, either of them may face bad economic conditions while having to deal with slimeball McConnell that will, at best, do nothing to help them help the country. So when I say either of these women are likely to effective, I mean effective relative to the challenges they face.
