It looks like the Russians owned the email servers for the Treasury department for at least 5 months and could intercept/read/delay/alter anything they wanted for our International Terrorism task forces, the IRS and the US Mint. Apparently, there are some parts of Homeland Security that still use Treasury email, so it's appropriate to assume that the Secret Service, Customs, ATF and other Homeland email is compromised as well.
Less info about the Commerce Department. One breach opens the door, so we should probably assume that the Census Office (hah!) has been compromised as well as the PTO, NOAA, and pretty much everything involved in business-development, weights and measures.
It'd be nice if we had someone in a lead cybersecurity position in the US government.
