There were many more than that one confederate flag at the event, though not all of them were the "stars and bars". I'm not sure how many were carried inside, but it was more than that one that keeps showing up on the news. Not only that, but the FBI has identified a bunch of white supremacist leaders as part of the invading mob. Make no mistake, this was in large part a white supremacist attack on the government. Sure, there were some perhaps non-racist misinformed sheep in that group but being a moron unaware of what's really going on is no excuse for participating is such an event.
