Good EGO Power Plus customer service

Mower and a string trimmer. my memory is a little sketchy so I can't remember the precise details but the mower started throwing sparks or smoke or something and then died. I believe it was in the second year of ownership and it may have a two or three year warranty. called CS and they had me describe what was going on. immediately told me to stop trying to use it. they were going to send me a new one (just mower not the battery) and would i be so kind as to use the box to ship the old one back to them so their quality control folks could examine it. a week later i had a new mower. old one went back at their expense.

i was so impressed by their response the next year i got a string trimmer that i absolutely adore as it has a power rewinder for reloading the string.
