It's been "dead" for close to 10 years now.
They removed all the useful services from it a long, long time ago.
I'm still running a copy of 10.6.8 Server on an Intel XServe as a DHCP, DNS and (very light duty) Web server.
Just haven't gotten around to migrating those services to another platform yet.
