Recycle an Apple 21 inch Sony CRT with other electronics?

Have an attractive 23 year old Apple Monitor that takes up a lot of room with my old G5. Received this as a gift from my old boss saving it from the electronics dumpster. I am turning in 2 RCA 32 inch CRT televisions and some beige 17 inch CRT monitors all for no charge. Thought the “tripod” studio monitor was beautiful. Should I put it in the pile or try to find it a home locally. I feel guilty dumping it and see them on eBay. Too heavy to ship.
