Why does Apple make setting a damn Alarm on the iPhone so complicated?

If you were nine, your 'rents would be telling you to go to bed.

Adults tend to stay up later than they intended.

"WTF? It's midnight? It was 6 PM a few minutes ago!"

I assume the Health app is trying to remind you to go to sleep.

But I've never had an issue setting an alarm.

That said, I have had issues selecting an alarm among the many I already have set. For example, I select an alarm for 7 AM, but don't notice that it's only a Tu-Th alarm, and I want it on Monday. But that's operator error. The alarms are clearly labeled as such.

Once I watched my oldest offspring selecting an alarm on her phone. I think she had an alarm pre-set for every minute of the day.
