I’ve never used it (I’m too old + out of the loop) and maybe I don’t know enough about it, but it seems silly to me.
They’re mining our data? Amazon and Google aren’t?
Well, those two aren’t owned by the dreaded CCP. (Well, neither is TikTok). The Singaporean CEO claims all US data is stored in the US, on US-owned servers, overseen by American companies. And whoever owns it, they’re gonna know our personal preferences… in dance videos, “challenges”, and “influencers”?
Don’t really have a dog in this fight - mildly amused that it has scrambled the usual lockstep affiliations.
