www.andaspiritusa.com is the website for free carriage ride vouchers. With the blizzard coming this weekend, i'm sure alot of people will cancel and not go into the city. So it might be worth it to go on the stand-by line for people with no vouchers.
The smell of horse manure is not my idea of a romantic time, but hey it's free. |
